Massachusetts COVID-19 Emergency Paid Sick Leave

Effective Friday, May 28, 2021, and until Thursday, September 30, 2021, or the exhaustion of $75 million in program-designated funds as determined by the Commonwealth, whichever is earlier, Massachusetts employers are required to provide emergency paid sick leave to employees who are unable to work for specific reasons associated with COVID-19.
