Ash Centre is a traditional style residence hall with doubles, triples, and four person suites. This hall primarily houses first year and some upperclass students. There is a large space on the first floor including a fireplace, flat screen television, and a ping pong table. The second floors have a large foyer for group meetings and private study sessions. Ash Centre is the home to the Austin Scholars, Global Leadership, Honors, and Mack in Motion living learning communities.

Ash has vending machines, a ping-pong table, and a fireplace in the lobby of Ash. There are two study lounges located on the second floor of Ash as well as a lounge area with tables and chairs. 

Rooms are equipped with cable TV and internet capability. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of Ash.
