The Neuroscience Major

Examine the relationship between the neurophysiology of the brain and cognition. Topics include the neurophysiology of vision, touch, learning, memory, sleep, mental illness, hemispheric functions and consciousness.
Equilibrium
and Reactivity
CHM 2410
Study topics like aqueous solutions, acids and bases, equilibrium calculations, kinetics, thermodynamics and electrochemistry. The laboratory offers experiments to supplement the lecture material.

PSY 2460
An introduction to abnormal psychology, students will study psychological dysfunction that is associated with distress or impairment. Topics include serious mental illness as well as anxiety, stress and personality disorders.
