Homecoming Weekend

Join us for Homecoming Weekend on October 1-3, 2021.

We are excited to welcome alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, fans and friends to campus to reunite for Homecoming Weekend. You can look forward to a weekend filled with exciting Warrior activities we have all been waiting for. Whether you join us for tailgating, catch an athletic game (or two), or simply enjoy your time back “HOME,” we can’t wait to see you.

Below you will find all the information for the weekend, including the schedule of events, how to purchase tickets, parking and COVID-19 guidelines . Please be aware all individuals who are coming to campus need to be vaccinated and will need to register for events through our ticketing portal.

Alumni, Parents and Friends

Alumni, parents and friends who attend Homecoming Weekend are required to register for events below through our ticketing portal and follow our COVID-19 guidelines.

Current Merrimack Students, Faculty and Staff

Current Merrimack students, faculty and staff who want reserved seats to the football game or hockey game will need to register for tickets.  Current students, faculty and staff are eligible for free general admission tickets by presenting a 2021-2022 Merrimack identification card at the gate.

2 p.m.
Women’s Ice Hockey vs Wisconsin - Lawler Rink

You must make a reservation through our ticketing portal. Cost: $7 adults 

6-9 p.m.
Macktoberfest - Duane Stadium

You must make a reservation through our ticketing portal. Cost: Free.

Celebrate everything there is to love about being a Warrior. Featuring food, games, music, pep rally, beer garden (21+) and fireworks.

You must make a reservation through our ticketing portal. Cost: $25

Reserved tailgate and parking area for Duquesne fans.

Fans enjoy game day concession stands in the end zone.

Sideline Beer Garden  - Duane Stadium, Viewing Platform

You must have a football ticket to enter. 

Enjoy the game with friends and fellow Warrior fans – football ticket needed for entry. Cash bar.

1 p.m.

Football vs. Duquesne - Duane Stadium

You must make a reservation through our ticketing portal. Cost: Reserved section $20; General Admission $12 adult and $10 senior and military. Faculty, staff and current students receive free general admission by presenting their 2021-2022 Merrimack identification card at the gate for admission. 

Show your Warrior Pride and wear your blue and gold as you cheer on the Warriors. Don’t miss the pre-game and half-time celebrations.

2 p.m.
Women’s Ice Hockey vs. Wisconsin - Lawler Rink

You must make a reservation through our ticketing portal. Cost: $7 adults

5 p.m.
Mass Celebration - Rogers Center Patio, Tent

Parents and alumni must make a reservation through our ticketing portal. Cost: free

Join the Merrimack community as we celebrate a Homecoming liturgy presided by Rev. Raymond Dlugos, Vice President, Mission and Ministry.

Parking

General parking is available on campus for those who have not purchased a reserved tailgate parking space. Please follow the directions of the parking attendants.

COVID-19 Guidelines for Homecoming Weekend

Consistent with the College’s vaccination requirement, all spectators must verify that they are fully vaccinated in order to gain access to campus and attend athletic events. Fully vaccinated is defined as completing the full course of a vaccine – one dose of Johnson & Johnson, two doses of Moderna or Pfizer or WHO-approved international vaccines – and completing the necessary post-vaccination waiting period.

  • All fans who wish to attend Merrimack athletic events on campus must visit this link to make their reservation and acknowledge vaccination status.
  • Prior to entering campus, you must provide proof of vaccination. Full vaccination is required for all members of your party.
  • Spectator access will be through the main campus entrance on Elm Street.
  • All event attendees must reserve a ticket through the ticketing website. All events are free admission except for football, men’s ice hockey, women’s ice hockey, men’s basketball and women’s basketball.

NOTE: Failure to provide proof of vaccination will result in restriction from entering campus. No refunds will be granted on any ticket purchases.
