To make things streamlined, any student who wants to live at Royal Crest will now do so exclusively through the Office of Residence Life. We understand this is a new process for some students. Our goal is to make living in Royal Crest a smooth, fun and rewarding experience, providing all students living there with the same support as every Merrimack residential student.

Students living at Royal Crest have the option to select a two-bedroom apartment or three-bedroom apartment. Apartments are furnished with a couch, kitchen table and chairs. Each unit also has a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.
Each building at Royal Crest has laundry facilities and trash. Each apartment has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. There is also a dedicated Wi-Fi network in each unit.
The 47 Fitness offers a convenient and accessible workout space right in Deegan West. Whether you’re squeezing in a quick cardio session or lifting between classes, 47 Fitness is equipped with everything you need to stay consistent—including a range of cardio machines, strength training equipment and open floor space for your own routines.
