Situated at the corner of Rte. 114 and Andover Street, these brand-new residence halls opening Fall 2026 will be home to 540 students. Shawsheen will have traditional dorm rooms, while Essex will have suite-style rooms. The two buildings will also feature more than 12,600 square feet of new academic space, a pavilion for honors students and a fitness center.

The 47 Fitness offers a convenient and accessible workout space right in the heart of the first-year quad. Whether you’re squeezing in a quick cardio session or lifting between classes, 47 Fitness is equipped with everything you need to stay consistent—including a range of cardio machines, strength training equipment and open floor space for your own routines.
Shawsheen will to be the home to the Honors Lounge and traditional doubles. Essex will be suite-style living for four people per suite. Furniture per student includes:
