hank you for your interest in attending the “R.E.S.T. (Resilient Educator Support Team): Celebrating Educators and Building Resilience” workshop on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 4:30-5:30 PM EST in Crowe Hall 212. This session will be on campus, and there will be NO Zoom option. Other workshops in this series (#4, #5, #6, & #7) will be fully on Zoom. This workshop will be facilitated by Stephanie Letourneau. This workshop is part nine of a nine-part series.

Workshop Content: Celebrate educators’ achievements, share success stories, and discuss ways to maintain resilience and motivation. Include activities that foster appreciation and self-reflection.

Presenter Biography: Stephanie Letourneau has been a dedicated educator at Methuen Public Schools since 2001 and has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Merrimack College since 2019. She holds three Massachusetts teacher licensures, as well as a Certificate of Specialization in Social-Emotional Learning, a Certificate of Specialization in Mindfulness and Yoga (RYT 500), and a Certificate in Brain Longevity Teaching through the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation, bringing a wealth of expertise and a passion for holistic education. She is currently earning a second master’s degree in Transformational Teaching and Leadership. With a focus on fostering resilience and well-being among educators, she combines her extensive teaching experience with her deep understanding of mindfulness and brain health. Stephanie is committed to supporting educators in their professional and personal growth.

Certificates of participation (1 hour) will be provided to you following the workshop. This event is free and open to Merrimack College students, alumni, and the external community. Light refreshments will be served. Space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible with your information below!
