After growing up in Miami, Florida, I graduated from the University of Iowa with two Bachelor’s of Arts degrees in psychology, education studies, and human relations in 2023 and my Master’s of Science in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2025. My background includes working in college admissions, student programming, student health and wellness, student conduct, and with NCAA Division I athletes. Through my educational and professional experiences, I have developed a passion for student health and wellness, particularly around mental health and recovery. Using the 8 Dimensions of Wellness as a framework, I work to promote wellness as foundational, holistic, inclusive, and accessible.
