I am a master’s level mental health clinician with a focus on sport performance. I enjoy working with college students, specifically the student-athlete population, to help optimize performance and enhance holistic well-being. I hold the belief that all students have inherent skills and strengths that can be utilized to improve not only their mental health, but also increase self- esteem, confidence, emotional regulation and create better outcomes.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, to cultivate an approach that meets the specific needs of each student and provides useful as well as transferable skills. My clinical interests include sport and performance-related issues, anxiety management, depression, values and identity development, building coping skills and growing confidence.
