Angela Pezzello ’17
Angela graduated from Merrimack College’s psychology program in 2017 but still looks back at her undergraduate career with fond memories – and notes that it was an easy choice to make when she declared where she wanted to attend college. “Merrimack was a smaller school in comparison to others that I was looking at – that’s what I liked about it. I didn’t want to have classes where there were 75+ students.”
“I was able to build a good relationship with Kevin Salemme as he took my sorority’s photos every year, and I also took a photography class with him. He taught me to not stress too much about things that weren’t in my control…and just to try to enjoy the time I have, and live in the moment.”
“I chose Merrimack because when I came for a college visit, I fell in love with the campus. Not only was it beautiful, but I also felt a strong sense of community.”
“Merrimack helped me get into the IO Psychology Master’s Program at Fairfield University. Merrimack was super supportive throughout my college career, especially the professors that I had. Professor Stroud and Debra Michals both went above and beyond to support me as I was applying to graduate schools and deciding what I wanted to do with my career. I’m really thankful for their support!”
Angela was involved in Theta Phi Alpha, class council, and panhellenic council on campus.
