Merrimack hosts flu vaccination and COVID-19 booster shot clinics for students, faculty and staff in the fall of each semester. Updates will be posted here for Fall 2026.
What to Bring
Students, faculty and staff must bring their insurance card with them.
Vaccination Documentation
If you need proof of vaccination, your vaccine will be uploaded within a week to the Massachusetts Vaccination Registry and can be found HERE
