Welcome to Hands to Help: a neighborhood resource center

Hands to Help in collaboration with St. Mary’s Church in Lawrence, MA includes a drop-in center that provides after school tutoring, tax assistance, ESL conversation classes, an open gym night and general form assistance. Additionally, Hands to Help acts as an information referral site to other local non-profits and offers resources, such as computers, for public use.

What does love look like? It has the hands to help others. It has the feet to hasten to the poor and needy.

It has eyes to see misery and want. It has the ears to hear peoples’ sighs and sorrows. That is what love looks like.

Bienvenidos a Hands to Help: un centro de ayuda al barrio

Manos para ayudar en colaboración con la Iglesia de Santa Maria en Lawrence, MA, incluye un centro abierto que ofrece tutoría después de la escuela, asistencia con los impuestos, clases conversacionales de ingles, noche abierta en el gimnasio y asistencia general con documentos. Además, Manos para ayudar actúa como un centro de referencia hacia otras organizaciones no gubernamentales y ofrece recursos como computadoras para el uso público.
