COVID-19 Update: Still time to apply for Fall 2020

In an effort to support students who are re-examining their college choices, we have re-opened our Fall application and admission process. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and admission decisions will be notified within one week of completion. Applicants will automatically be considered for merit scholarships. Follow the steps to apply below.

After you apply 

You applied! Nice work! Once you submit your application, you will receive an email with further instructions to log into your application portal. Through this application portal, you’ll be able to see if we are missing any items, update your information, view your documents, and check your application status. This is also where you will be informed of your admission decision.

Freshman Checklist

In order for a freshman application to be considered “complete,” you must complete the following four items :

What We Consider

Merrimack’s Admission Committee considers every aspect of your application and credentials, including the following:

Test Scores

Merrimack College is test optional (excluding nursing majors). Standardized test scores (such as the SAT or ACT) are not required for admission. However, we encourage you to submit your scores if you feel they will support or enhance your academic background.
