Biography

Officer Paul Krzeminski joined the Merrimack College Police Department in May of 2022. Prior to joining MCPD, Paul was with the Wilmington Massachusetts Police Department for 27 years. Paul worked Patrol for the first 21 years of his career. At the time of his retirement, Paul was assigned as the department’s Training Officer. Paul was involved in all aspects of the department’s training program and helped with policy development.

Paul is a certified firearms instructor through the MPTC, holding instructor certifications in pistol, patrol rifle and shotgun. Additionally, Paul is a certified Taser instructor, 40mm less-lethal instructor. Paul is a certified defensive tactics instructor and use of force instructor. Paul also holds numerous other certifications and has attended a specialized school in Semi Auto Pistol Instructor conducted by the FBI.

Paul has a bachelor’s degree from Western New England College and an associate’s degree from Middlesex Community college. Paul maintains memberships in The National Tactical Officers Association, Massachusetts Law Enforcement Firearms instructors and Armorers Association and International Association of Law Enforcement Instructors.
