Kiley Martel is a Double Warrior pursuing a Master of Education in Higher Education and currently serving as a graduate fellow for the Office of Student Involvement. Originally from North Reading, Massachusetts, just a few miles from campus, Kiley attended Merrimack for her undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. As a fellow, Kiley seamlessly blends her background in business with her passion for student engagement. Her responsibilities include assessing and tracking attendance at campus-wide programs to understand which demographics may not be adequately reached. During her undergraduate years, Kiley served as the treasurer for Merrimack’s Student Government Association and was a member of the Executive Board for the undergraduate admissions ambassadors. Through these experiences, she grew a love for higher education and a desire to continue supporting students throughout their college journey. Upon completing the Higher Education Program, Kiley envisions working at a college or university in New England, specifically in their Student Engagement office.
