A central aspect of this course entails the mastering of public speaking through the process of researching, preparing and delivering presentations in a variety of formats (e.g., informative, persuasive, and impromptu).

In this course, students will engage in self-assessment of their academic and social development, skills, values, ethics and knowledge gained during their time at Merrimack. Focus is placed on preparing students to enter the professional workforce or graduate school as they discover what opportunities are available to them beyond college.
