Workshop Description: If we see challenges as opportunities for learning, if we engage our curiosity whenever we’re presented with an obstacle, we’re more likely to find solutions. This habit and disposition help us not just survive adversity but thrive in the aftermath.
Certificates of participation (1 hour) will be provided to you following the workshop. This event is free and open to Merrimack College students, alumni, and the external community. Space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible with your information below! Additional event details and other logistics (i.e. Zoom link) will be communicated to you closer to the event.
For more information on the workshop, and if you have any questions, please contact Stephanie at MindfulTeacherStephanie@gmail.com or MINTS at mints@merrimack.edu.
