Hi! My name is Rebecca Needleman and I am a senior here at Merrimack. I am a Communication and Media major with a minor in Marketing and a self-designed minor in Event Planning + Management. I’m involved in a lot on campus: Theta Phi Alpha sorority, the Beacon campus newspaper, Dance Club, First Year Experience mentor & I work in the Office of Student Involvement.
Today is Thursday, October 27—and I have a busy day planned!
7:00 AM: Wake up, prepare for the day, and drive to campus.
8:00 AM: Register for Spring 2023 classes, my last class registration!
9:00 AM: Work Community Coffee in the Hub and grab a bagel for breakfast!
10:00 AM-11:15 AM: Mentor First Year Experience course.
11:30 AM: Lunch with my roommate before class.
12:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Classes! (Social Media Marketing and Visual Communication)
3:15 PM – 5:00 PM: Head to the Hub to work, socialize and help out in the office.
5:30 PM: Make dinner at home in my apartment.
6:00 PM-6:30 PM: Get a head start on homework for the weekend.
6:30-8:30 PM: Dance Club practice!
8:30 PM: Unwind after the day, work on more homework and prep for tomorrow.
9 PM: Halloween activities with roommates!
