OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

MGT 3110

Operations management is all about making sound, cost-effective decisions that increase the productivity and competitiveness of  manufacturing and service organizations. This course is designed to provide students with an overview of the concepts, methodologies and applications of operations management.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

mgt 3410

This course provides an overview of several human resource functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation, training, performance evaluation, labor and employee relations using interactive lectures, experiential exercises, current events, case review and external project analysis and presentation.

INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT

mgt 3510

This course focuses on the basic elements that one must understand when doing business across borders. The primary purpose of the course is to create awareness of and sensitivity to the decisions confronting multinational business in order to prepare individuals to support companies’ moves from domestic to foreign environments.
