Reunion Weekend 2025 - Registration Open!

Join Us June 6-8, 2025

Come celebrate Reunion Weekend 2025 as we honor the milestones of class years ending in 5 & 0. This special weekend offers a chance to reconnect with old friends, relive your time on campus, discover the latest happenings at Merrimack and so much more.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE

Friday, June 6

5 – 8 p.m. | Registration & Hospitality Center

6 – 9:30 p.m. | Warrior Welcome Back 
Kick off the weekend with music, food, cold drinks, games and great company! A selection of heavy appetizers and sweet treats will be available throughout the night. Watch the signature Merrimack fireworks at 9 p.m. Cash bar. $30 per ticket.

9:30 p.m. – midnight | Augie’s Late Night
Join fellow alumni for late night activities and gathering at Augie’s Pub in the Sakowich Campus Center. Cash bar. Pre-registration is optional, but highly recommended.

Saturday, June 7

8 – 11 a.m. | Breakfast
Enjoy a light breakfast with fellow alumni on campus.
$5 per person (included for overnight guests). 

9 a.m. – 6 p.m. | Registration & Hospitality Center

9 a.m. – Noon | Pickleball
Grab your friends to come play pickleball and learn more about this up-and-coming sport. There will be professionals on site to provide instruction and guidance so all athletic levels are welcome. Not interested in playing pickleball? That’s okay! Join us from 11:30 a.m. – noon to watch a semi-professional exhibition match.

10 – 11 a.m. | MACKtalks: Research at Merrimack
Join us for an exclusive tour to learn more about our new state-of-the-art Shared Instrumentation and Research Facility (SIRF) and the transformative growth across academics and research initiatives at Merrimack. SIRF serves as an on-campus research hub for biology, chemistry and other life science initiatives.

10 a.m. – noon | Board & Brush
Grab your friends and bring home a touch of Merrimack! Paint a custom Merrimack-themed piece instructed by local art studio, Board and Brush of Amesbury. $25 per ticket.

11 a.m. | Gallant Pavilion & Champions Club Tour
Tour Gallant Pavilion and the Champions Club in Lawler Arena. Check out the private boxes, high-end seating, bar, open gathering spaces and more! Hear from Athletics about what is included in season tickets for Gallant Pavilion in the 2025-2026 season.

11 a.m. – 4 p.m. | Trolley Tours of Campus
Board a trolley and our student ambassadors will show you how campus has transformed in recent years. Tours run approximately one hour. Advanced registration is recommended but not required. 

Noon – 2 p.m. | Golden Graduate Luncheon
Recognize Merrimack’s Golden Graduates from the classes of 1951-1975. This luncheon includes a special visit from Merrimack College President Christopher E. Hopey, Ph.D.
This event is invitation only for the classes of 1951-1975.

Noon – 3 p.m. | Warrior BBQ & Riverwalk Brewery Pop Up Tasting
Enjoy an afternoon of food, fun and activities including music, lawn games and a special beer tasting from our partners at Riverwalk Brewing! Make sure to stop by the alumni tent to hear about more upcoming events and ways to stay involved! $25 per ticket.

3 p.m. | Tour of Collegiate Church of Christ the Teacher & Student Union
Join a guided tour of the renovated Collegiate Church of Christ the Teacher and the new Student Union. Pre-registration is optional, but highly recommended.

4 p.m. | Mass & Golden Graduate Ceremony 

5 p.m. | Class Photos 

5 – 6 p.m. | Reunion Cocktail Reception
Join President Christopher E. Hopey, Ph.D. and all reunion classes as we toast to another successful Reunion Weekend. Light appetizers will be served. Beer/wine open bar.

6 – 8 p.m. | Class Dinners
Reconnect with former classmates and guests over a delicious meal. For classes 1951-2020. Class of 1975 will have their own dinner in celebration of their 50th class reunion. 
Pre-registration required. $50 per ticket.

8 – 11 p.m. | All Class After Party
Enjoy all that the new Student Union has to offer. Have a light snack, sip on nightcaps and dance the night away at this spectacular after party. Cash bar. Pre-registration is optional, but highly recommended.

Sunday, June 8

8 – 10 a.m. | Breakfast
Enjoy a light breakfast with fellow alumni on campus.
$5 per person (included for overnight guests).

NORTH RESIDENTIAL VILLAGE

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS

Register by May 30 to stay on campus during Reunion Weekend. For $75 per person, per night, you’ll stay in North Residential Village. Breakfast and linens are included. We cannot accept walk-up registrations.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Parking
  • Overnight guests will be directed to park in Lot A after check-in
  • All other guests will be directed to Lots H or M (Friday night)
  • Guests will receive a parking pass at check-in (Yellow = day pass; Blue = overnight)
  • In addition to handicap spaces in various lots, our “Golden Parking” (an entire row in lot H) will be reserved for those with accessibility needs.
  • Campus maps and a Reunion schedule will be distributed at check-in and in the details email to registered guests.
Transportation
  • We will have roaming golf carts available to help transport guests as needed.
  • There will be campus tours via trolleys led by Admissions Ambassadors.
  • Please let Merrimack staff know if you need transportation for accessibility needs. 

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS

Spend the night or two on campus during Reunion Weekend!

  • $75 per person, per night.
  • Registration is required by May 30, 2025 – we cannot accept walk-up accommodations.
  • On-campus accommodations are only available for adults. 
  • Guests will indicate preferred roommate(s) upon registration. We will try to not mix parties in the same suite unless indicated on the registration form.

What's Included

  • A reservation to stay in a North Residential Village suite
    • Located in buildings 6 & 7 that contain 2-4-bedroom suites (sleeps 4-8).
    • Each suite has a living room and a shared bathroom. We will try to not mix parties in the same suite unless indicated on the registration form.
  • Breakfast the morning after your stay on campus. (Overnight guests will automatically be registered for breakfast the next morning.)
  • Twin bed, a linen packet (sheets, blanket and towel), and a shared bathroom per unit.
    • If you forget something, our check-in team will have extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels.
    • Your door tag will list Wi-Fi information, check-in/out details, our breakfast location, and more. 

Check-In and Check-Out Info

  • Check-in is located at the Reunion Hospitality Center.
  • You must check in during open hours to receive an ID card, keys, welcome packet, and your housing assignment.
  • For after-hours check-in, please call the Merrimack College Police Department at 978-837-5000 to be let into your room. If checking in late, you must stop by the Reunion Hospitality Center the next day to pick up your keys.
  • Check-out is at 10 a.m., and we cannot accommodate late check-out as we need to prepare rooms for the next guests.
  • Saturday check-out is located at the Sakowich Campus Center (registration location).
  • Sunday check-out is located at Monica’s Kitchen (breakfast location)

How do I register for Reunion Weekend?

Who can attend Reunion Weekend?
  • Merrimack proudly welcomes all alumni back to campus for Reunion Weekend, and special programming is available for alumni in a milestone year.
  • Golden Graduates (class years 1951-1975) receive a special invitation to the Golden Graduate Society luncheon every year.
  • Spouses and significant others are welcome during all activities throughout the weekend.
  • Children and grandchildren, accompanied by an adult, are welcome to join Saturday lunch and various tours, but we are unable to accommodate children at the evening events or in on-campus lodging.
Will there be a special celebration for the 50th Class (1975)?
  • We intend to make your 50th Reunion milestone memorable through special events and activities.
  • The Mass & Golden Graduation Ceremony includes a special ceremony to officially induct the class of 1975 into the Golden Graduate Society.
  • Reunion Weekend events for the 50th class include:

Who is a Golden Graduate?

A Golden Graduate is a person who graduated from Merrimack College 50 or more years ago. The 50th Class is officially inducted into the Golden Graduate Society during Reunion Weekend each year. ALL Warriors who graduated 50 or more years ago are among this distinguished group of alumni.

What should I wear for Reunion Weekend?
  • Friday evening’s Warrior Welcome Back Celebration is a fun, casual, outdoor event. We suggest attire based upon the predicted weather conditions, as the event is held outdoors and/or under a tent. Keep in mind that temperatures may drop as the evening progresses.
  • Saturday morning and afternoon activities are casual, and will be held both indoors and outside.
  • Festive, cocktail attire is suggested for the Saturday evening events.
Can my children attend Reunion events?
  • Children, accompanied by an adult, are welcome Saturday at the Warrior BBQ and various talks and tours throughout the day. However, Friday and Saturday night events are 21+.
  • Children under 5 do not need to pay for a meal at the BBQ
  • We cannot accommodate children in on-campus housing.
Can Merrimack meet my dietary restrictions?

We will try our best to accommodate the dietary needs of all of our guests. If you or any of your guests have special dietary requirements, please notify us in your registration. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate needs or requests that we are not notified about in advance of Reunion Weekend.

Most menus will have options for GF, vegetarian, and other dietary restrictions available prior to specific requests.

Do you have plans for inclement weather?

We will review the weather forecast prior to the weekend and make adjustments to schedule and event locations should the need arise.

Can I request a refund?

Due to the nature of event planning and associated costs, all Reunion Weekend registration fees and event payments are non-refundable.
