Recognizing Our Emotions
The emotional dimension of wellness recognizes and accepts the wide range of emotions that make us human.
It includes the ability to develop satisfying relationships with others as well as enjoying the unique person that you are.
How are you doing? Are you happy? Are you constantly frustrated or upset? Negative thoughts and feelings are indicative of poor emotional wellness. While there are many ways to remedy poor emotional wellness, the goal is to pursue individual happiness.
