June 25, 2019: The 19-20 Vehicle Registration Application becomes available to students.
July 30, 2019: Deadline for all students who wish to have a car on campus to complete the Vehicle Registration Application.
August 1, 2019: All returning residents will be notified about their vehicle registration status. Resident students should only bring a car to campus if they are notified that they will receive a parking pass. All other resident students should not bring a car to campus.
August 2, 2019: Resident students who are reporting back to school early and have been assigned a parking pass must pick their pass up in the Bursar’s Office and park in their assigned spaces.
Week of August 5, 2019: All students who have completed the Vehicle Registration Application by the July 30 deadline will receive an email from email@example.com about their vehicle registration status.
Week of August 19, 2019: All commuters (including undergraduate, graduate and professional studies) students who completed the Vehicle Registration Application will receive parking pass instructions by email, from firstname.lastname@example.org. Commuters can begin picking up parking passes from the Bursar’s Office two weeks prior to the start of the semester.
September 3, 2019: Returning students whose Vehicle Registration Application has been approved by the Office of Parking and Transportation must have picked their pass up (location for pickup to be determined) and park in their designated space or lot. Decals must be properly fixated on vehicles.
Note: Resident students not assigned a space should not bring a car to campus.
