Google Email is the college’s official communications medium. Student accounts are created automatically after initial enrollment. Student accounts will be deleted after withdrawal, dismissal, three unenrolled terms, or one year after graduation.

Employee email accounts are created automatically following entry into the Human Resources database. Employee account access is removed on the last day of employment.
