MackApps Email (powered by Google) is the college’s official communications medium. Student MackApps accounts are created automatically after initial enrollment. Student accounts will be deleted after withdrawal, dismissal, three unenrolled terms, or six months after graduation.

Employee MackApps accounts are created automatically following entry into the Human Resources database. Employee account access is removed on the last day of employment. MackApps Account passwords are managed via the Password Management Service.
