Education and Professional Development
The Office of Intercultural Initiatives offers various workshops and educational resources for students, staff, and faculty to provide new perspectives, insight, and deeper learning for personal and professional development.
Students can become involved with any of our student-led organizations, participate in our campus-wide events, educate themselves through trainings, and receive mentorship from professional staff.

Safe Zone Training
In alignment with “The Safe Zone Project”, we provide education to individuals where participants will earn a Safe Zone LinkedIn badge upon completion. Workshop participants will focus on developing communication and collaboration skills to enhance their ability to foster belonging in professional settings. Participants will learn how to respond more effectively to problems involving interpersonal relationships and within groups and communities. They will also be able to use their knowledge and skills to build more accessible work environments
For more information, please visit the Merrimack College Badge Program. To register for any training, please visit Corq for information on upcoming trainings. Our team can also partner with you to combine some of our workshops to develop tailored presentations upon request.
