Merrimack College welcomes anonymous reporting if that is best for you. However, please understand that filing an anonymous complaint may not provide sufficient detail for the College to institute its Title IX Policy or any of the rights and protections set forth in that Policy.
You may fill in our online form to report an alleged violation of the Merrimack College Community Standards.Â
Mandated Reporter Form
Employees who are the first to be notified of a sexual assault must complete and return an anonymous Mandated Reporter Form for tracking and statistical purposes. This form does not include names of the survivor(s) or assailant(s) and should be turned into the Merrimack College Police Department.
