There are several resources available to help.

To the left of this page, you will find links to the Hamel Health & Counseling Center, the Merrimack College Police Department, the Title IX Coordinator and several off-campus resources.

The Hamel Health & Counseling Center provides emotional support and guidance to survivors of abuse and their loved ones.  These free, confidential services are available to all students and can be utilized by calling to setup an appointment with a counselor.

The Merrimack College Police Department provides resources and support for survivors who wish to pursue student conduct charges, criminal charges or both.  In addition, they can provide safety escorts, personal safety classes and transportation to a local hospital.

In addition to these pages, students are encouraged to seek help or guidance from the Office of Campus Ministry, the Office of Campus Life or the Office of Community Standards.

All of these resources are available for all students, free of charge.

Employees who are the first to be notified of a sexual assault must  complete and return an anonymous Mandated Reporter Form for tracking and statistical purposes.  This form does not include names of the survivor(s) or assailant(s) and should be turned into the Merrimack College Police Department.
