Poster Information
What dimensions does my poster need to be?
Posters should be 36H x 30W inches (portrait orientation) or 30H x 36W inches (landscape orientation).

What if I need help creating my poster?
You can find guidelines for creating an academic poster here. If you need more help, reach out to your faculty advisor, or to [email protected].
When is my poster due? How do I upload my poster?
Posters should be uploaded by Wednesday, April 17. When you are ready to submit your poster, locate the email confirmation you received when you completed the Google submission form, and click on ‘Edit response’ to upload your completed poster as a PDF.
How can I/Am I able to make edits to my poster submission?
RCAC organizers will review your poster upon submission and may ask you to make edits. If you have additional edits to make, please reach out to [email protected]. Updated posters will be accepted only by Friday, April 26. After this hard deadline, no edits will be guaranteed.
Do I need to send my poster to the MACKprint Center? Do I need to pay for printing?
No, you do not need to send your poster to MACKprint Center. Please see “How do I Upload my poster.” Conference planners will send your poster to MACKprint Center. There is no cost to you as a student for printing the posters.
Event Information
I want to register but the deadline has passed. Can I still submit a poster?
We may be able to accommodate late entries. Please reach out to [email protected].
What time should I arrive at 5/2 poster session?
The session begins at 3:30 p.m. Please arrive in the Multipurpose Room in the Sakowich Campus Center 15 minutes prior to the start of the session so that you can find your place and prepare as needed. There will be a check-in station at the front – please check-in for conference, get your nametag, and get answers to any of your questions. Please wear your nametag during the conference.
What if I need help locating my poster?
When you check in, staff members will assist you in locating your poster and answer any further questions you may have.
Do I need to put up my own poster?
You do not need to do any set up. Your poster will be printed and hung for you in the Multipurpose Room in the Sakowich Campus Center.
How do I present a poster? Do you have any tips?

What should I wear to the event?
You may choose to wear smart casual, semi-professional or business casual attire. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident when speaking to faculty, staff, peers, and others you may not know. Keep in mind you may be standing for a period of 1.5-2 hours, so wear shoes that you feel comfortable standing in.
What if I’m not comfortable standing for extended periods or need other accommodations?

Will there be snacks/water?
Yes. There will be water stations and light snacks.
