Web Services

The web services team manages the design and content of the Merrimack College website and provides web training and technical and creative assistance to web editors and administrators across campus.

Technical Support

To make a change to your webpage, add a new page, schedule training or add files, please submit a web ticket. Web tickets are typically answered in three business days or less. You may select urgent if your ticket is a high priority request.

Policies and Procedures

Content Management System (CMS) training can be held individually or in small groups. Sessions typically last one hour and are held on the fourth floor of Austin Hall. You will learn: 

  • How to create and name new web pages.
  • How to upload and crop images.
  • How to create links.
  • How to use widgets.
  • Basic search-engine optimization strategy.
  • Best practices for organizing your site.
