SUPPORT THE PIONEER SCHOLARS

Investing in Pioneer Scholars

Transforming lives — transforming Merrimack College

To further advance the impact of the partnership between Abbott Lawrence Academy and Merrimack College, Merrimack established a scholarship fund that provides ten Abbott Lawrence Academy students who have successfully completed the Early College program the opportunity to attend Merrimack College on a full scholarship, covering costs for tuition, room and board, fees and books.

To ensure this groundbreaking and innovative program can continue in perpetuity, Merrimack has set several fundraising goals. The immediate priority is to fund 10 Pioneer Scholars at $60,000 each, per year by raising $600,000. Merrimack College is dedicated to making its own investment in the Pioneer Scholars and will match each gift made to the program, dollar for dollar.

Investment Opportunities

The long-term goal to fund 40 Pioneer Scholars per year will be achieved by building a robust $20M endowment by 2025 to create a permanent legacy at Merrimack College.

You can make a gift in any amount to help Merrimack sustain this program.
