We Believe in You (Creemos en Tí) Statements
These twelve statements express what the Catholic and Augustinian Tradition understands as what our God and Creator desires that we believe about ourselves and one another.
Whether we experience them as true for us at any particular moment, they are always and everywhere true. We encourage you to read these statements every now and then and allow the one that speaks most loudly to you at that time to enter your mind and heart and remind you what your Creator knows to be true of you.
Estas doce declaraciones expresan lo que la Tradición Católica y Agustiniana entiende como lo
que nuestro Dios y Creador desea que creamos de nosotros mismos y sobre cada uno de
nosotros. Aunque experimentemos las declaraciones como verdades para nosotros en algún
momento particular, que entendamos que siempre y en todas partes son la verdad. Te invitamos
a leer estas declaraciones de vez en cuando y permitir la que mas te resuene en ese momento
entre en tu mente y corazón y que te recuerde lo que tu Creador sabe que es cierto de tí.

We Believe…in you!
- You are God’s beloved child in whom God is well pleased and ecstatically delighted.
- You exist in love, through love, and for love.
- Your body is God’s dwelling place in you and among us.
- Your mind is designed to seek and discover truth.
- Your heart has been fashioned to break with compassion and love for others.
- You are uniquely gifted and uniquely called in ways that you cannot yet fathom or image.
- You are free to choose life, choose love, and choose goodness always and everywhere.
- You belong and you matter no matter what may be true of you.
- You are fragile and precious and meant to be handled with great care.
- Though you break easily and often, you can be healed by God’s gentle mercy.
- You are priceless, worth infinitely more than the marketplace will ever pay you.
- You are eternal and meant to live fully and forever in the loving company of your Creator.

- Eres el hijo amado de Dios de quien Dios está muy complacido y extáticamente encantado.
- Existes en el amor, a través del amor, y para el amor.
