The dance team is the fourth varsity program added at Merrimack College, which now sponsors 28 intercollegiate programs.

Networking lunches were held this fall to connect current Girard School students, concentrating in Accounting and Finance, with alums and local professionals working in those fields. The events were timed to prepare students for the busiest recruitment cycles for those industries.
The professionals took time to describe their backgrounds and personal career paths, offer career advice, and answer questions about their industry and the companies where they work. Held during lunch, the students moved several times during the 2-hour event in order to maximize the number of professionals they had a chance to meet.
