Coach Kicks Off 2019 Create Your Impact Season

Female staff and faculty recently came together at Connecting with CoworkHERS for an enlightening presentation on ice hockey and team management by ice hockey head coach Erin Hamlen.

Hamlen delivered the inside scoop on hockey rules and regulations, what it takes to recruit new talent and the shared commitment of the team, coaches and the institution.

Now in the fourth season of women’s Division I ice hockey, Erin Hamlen talked proudly about the culture of the team, its work ethic and the high GPA in the locker room.

After the presentation, attendees connected with each other in the hockey boxes to cheer on Hamlen’s Warriors as they took on Providence.

Connecting with CoworkHERS is a programming element of Create Your Impact, an initiative created by the Office of the President.
