Set up your Merrimack email, log into myMack and check out MackTasks, your new student to-do list. Medical Portal and Forms available - Login with your Merrimack email and password, then complete required online forms and upload your immunization and physical exam documentation. Health Forms and Requirements are detailed here. |

New freshmen complete online (not timed) Academic Interest Forms and Math Placement Assessment. This is for our Academic Success Center to create individualized Spring semester schedules. New transfer students meet with an academic advisor to be cleared to register for classes. Sign up for a pre-registration meeting and email transfer@merrimack.edu with questions. |
